We have a Discord channel for our students, staff, and my former students. Sorry, everyone else, this is an invite-only server.

Occasionally, when a student wakes up screaming at night because they have a burning question that needs to be answered, they can simply log in to Discord and post their questions for anyone to answer.

Here's a screenshot of a recent helpdesk ticket. And just so everyone else is clear, Alpha Chromatica isn't a 24-hour school, despite Elmoatasem Ragab replying 5 minutes after midnight!

I must admit! Sometimes, even I get too excited and end up replying or posting things at ungodly hours.
